Al descargar o usar El Verbo (“la app”), aceptas estos Términos. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses la app.

1. Qué es El Verbo

El Verbo es una herramienta de estudio y devocional que te permite leer las Escrituras de dominio público y explorarlas con un asistente de IA (chat, búsqueda de versículos, reflexiones y oraciones).

2. Aviso sobre la IA — léelo

  • La IA puede cometer errores. Verifica siempre con fuentes religiosas de confianza, pastores y especialistas.
  • El asistente no es una persona real ni sustituye el cuidado pastoral, médico o de salud mental.
  • Si estás en crisis o peligro, comunícate de inmediato con los servicios de emergencia o una línea de ayuda.
  • Parte del contenido puede no ser adecuado para todos los menores.

3. Uso aceptable

No hagas mal uso de la app (interrumpir el servicio, ingeniería inversa, o generar contenido dañino, de odio o ilícito).

4. Suscripciones (“Ilimitado”)

Hay un plan gratuito (uso limitado) y una suscripción de renovación automática (“Ilimitado”) con funciones ilimitadas. Se cobra a través de tu cuenta de App Store. Se renueva automáticamente salvo que se cancele al menos 24 horas antes del final del período; puedes gestionarla en los ajustes de tu cuenta de App Store. Los reembolsos los gestiona Apple.

5. Escrituras y contenido

El texto bíblico proviene de traducciones de dominio público (Reina-Valera 1909 y World English Bible). Las obras de arte están en dominio público. El diseño y el código de la app son propiedad de El Verbo.

6. Garantías y responsabilidad

La app se ofrece “tal cual”, sin garantías. En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, no somos responsables de daños derivados del uso de la app o de la confianza en contenido generado por IA.

7. Ley aplicable

Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes de Nigeria.

El Verbo is a study and devotional tool that lets you read public-domain Scripture and explore it with an AI assistant (chat, verse search, reflections, and prayers).

2. AI disclaimer — please read

  • The AI can make mistakes. Always verify with trusted religious sources, pastors, and scholars.
  • The assistant is not a real person and is not a substitute for pastoral, medical, or mental-health care.
  • If you are in crisis or danger, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line immediately.
  • Some content may not be suitable for all minors.

3. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the app (disrupting the service, reverse-engineering, or generating harmful, hateful, or unlawful content).

4. Subscriptions (“Unlimited”)

There’s a free tier (limited use) and an auto-renewable subscription (“Unlimited”) with unlimited features. Billing is through your App Store account. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage it in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.

5. Scripture and content

Bible text is from public-domain translations (Reina-Valera 1909 and the World English Bible). Artwork is public domain. The app’s design and code are owned by El Verbo.

6. Warranties and liability

The app is provided “as is,” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on AI-generated content.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria.
